We desire every customer to be ecstatic about their prints and strive to hear "it turned out better than I imagined". To that end, we are always willing to hear concerns and work to improve. Please be aware that we cannot fix low resolution or blurry photo's. We always pre-screen photos before printing, but understand that many favorite memories are not professionally documented. As such, we occasionally agree to print photos that are lower quality than is ideal.
